N(N)LE Union of Nurses and Digital Knowledge Co., Ltd Collaborate to Launch Georgia’s First Nationwide E-Learning and CPD Platform for Nurses and Midwives

N(N)LE Union of Nurses is pleased to announce its collaboration with Digital Knowledge Co., Ltd (Japan), a leading e-learning technology company, to implement Georgia’s first nationwide E-Learning and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) platform for nurses and midwives, under the national initiative “Together for Future Professionals.”

This innovative partnership aims to empower Georgia’s nursing and midwifery community through digital transformation, providing access to world-class educational resources, professional training, and continuous career growth opportunities.

 


Supporting 6,000 Nurses and Midwives Across Georgia

The project will serve approximately 6,000 members of Georgia’s nursing and midwifery community and will offer:

  • Flexible, high-quality online CPD programs, accessible anytime and anywhere.

  • A personalized Career Growth Ledger to track progress, achievements, and certifications.

  • International-standard learning modules via KnowledgeDeliver, the leading e-learning platform from Digital Knowledge Co., Ltd.

  • Training and support aligned with global nursing education and healthcare standards.

 


Workshops and Capacity Building

As part of the initiative, N(N)LE Union of Nurses, in collaboration with Digital Knowledge Co., Ltd and AHT – American Hospital Tbilisi, held a professional workshop focused on digital transformation in nursing education.

The event explored innovative approaches to online learning, technology-driven education, and professional development pathways for nurses and midwives in Georgia.
